Flexographic Printing
Plates are used to transfer inks (i.e. the printed image) onto labels in flexographic label printing. Flexographic printing is one of our industry's most preferred printing techniques since it allows us to produce big quantities of personalized labels at a low cost. Flexographic printing can operate with a variety of materials and has a wide range of technical skills. On the same flexographic press, we can print pressure-sensitive labels, holographic labels, multi-layer labels, and much more.

Flexographic Materials and Capabilities
Flexographic labels can be seen on a wide range of items. Flexographic printing is great for printing huge regions of a solid color in big runs that can be printed on non-porous surfaces.
Flexographic labels are versatile, they are a great option for:
- Custom printed tags
- Flexible packaging
- Pressure-sensitive labels

Digital Printing
Digital label printing is great for a multitude of scenarios since it allows for specialized, small-run tasks with exceptional quality. It can be made in any shape, type of paper, or film substrate, and it can compete with the best offset or UV flexographic printed items.
Digital label printing allows for greater design flexibility while also lowering manufacturing costs. Digital software not only saves time and money by eliminating the need for printing plates, but it also allows for minor adjustments to the label design at little or no additional expense. This is perfect for prototypes and limited runs since it allows customers to change their labeling as their items change. Clients may manufacture labeling in practically any volume without the initial outlay necessary by traditional printing, making it excellent for promotional labels for holidays or special events.

Have you considered digital printing for your business?
Technology for digital labels has gone a long way. Customers now have the most control over the labels they create, allowing them to save money and resources. Furthermore, while digital printing increases the economic viability of short and medium print runs, it produces less overall waste, allowing clients to augment their cost savings with a more environmentally friendly printing method.
Indeed, digital label printing enables us to consider the environment at every stage of the manufacturing process. Ecologically certified media, such as 100 percent recycled substrate, can be printed using digital presses, which are also compatible with environmentally friendly adhesives, primers, and biodegradable substrates.
